You have to read this book, especially if you’re interested in making any changes in your life. I have actually read this book twice so far, and will probably read it again in the future. It’s just that good! It’s also a quick, easy to understand read, so I don’t ever feel as if I’m getting bogged down when I’m reading it.
I have absolutely used the 10 steps to change and add habits to my life, and I still use it everyday. Over time I have personally been able to completely revamp my morning routine, I’m finishing up the process of making changes to my afternoon habits, and I’ve already started thinking about how I can create small habit changes in the evenings. It works! There’s not much else I can say.
This book is beyond a self-help book, it’s an actionable guide to making changes in your life. There’s a little bit of science explained to help you understand how or why it all works, but for the most part it’s just straight forward steps on how to change your life through small changes in your everyday life.
You don’t need New Year’s Eve to make changes to your life. What you need is this book!
